An adaptation of the traditional holiday favorite
The Nutcracker Story adapts the traditional Nutcracker ballet to film creating the perfect family holiday performance to enjoy from home. The audience will follow along with a girl and her uncle as they open a beloved Nutcracker storybook and enter into its magical pages.
This version is a wonderful family holiday activity for all ages and perfect for little ones who might be experiencing The Nutcracker for the first time. Join Clara and her Prince as they travel to the Palace of the Sweets and enjoy favorites like Hot Chocolate, Tea, Marzipan, Peppermint Candy Canes, and the Waltz of the Flowers.
Performed by our HCA Dancers. Produced and choreographed by HCA Director of Dance Jessica Wilson with illustrations and video direction by HCA dance instructor Theresa Kniaz.
