Q: How does the booking system work?
A: Available times will be sent to you after you register. Choose the time that works best for your family and follow the instructions to complete the booking process. You will receive an email confirmation with a link to the meeting and passcode, pre-event questions for Santa to personalize each child's visit, as well as a reminder the day before your appointment. Book early for best selection.

Q: How does the virtual experience work?
A: The virtual experience is done using Zoom technology. You will receive an email with a link and a passcode. At the designated time, you will log on just as you would to a Zoom call. After the call, you will receive a video of the entire call via email.

Q: Can I cancel or change my appointment?
A: We prefer that once you schedule your appointment that you keep your time/date. No refunds or exchanges. Thank you.
